Responsibilities: Supports the educational and behavioral needs of students with mild/moderate disabilities primarily in school settings, but also in the community. Assists in conducting testing and assessment, multi-media activities, general office and clerical tasks, record keeping, computer operation, discipline, and other activities. Provides daily living procedures such as toileting, diapering, feeding, and personal hygiene. Lifts and transports students using appropriate equipment.

Job#A-145 HOURLY BUS DRIVERS, DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION
, Wage Rate $12.10 an hour with a minimum of 5.5 hours per day. This position is open until filled.

Responsibilities: Transports elementary, middle school and high school students, including special education students, on regular routes, educational field trips and special events and complies with DPS standards for safety and security. Complies with all local, state and federal traffic laws and regulations.

Requirements: A current, valid Colorado Commercial Driver's License is required. A valid motor vehicle record which contains: no more than two violations in the past 2 years; no alcohol or drug related convictions; no serious traffic offenses. Successful completion of a new-hire drug test and physical examination and, successful completion of required random drug and alcohol testing.
