Salary Schedules

Salary schedules correspond to position classifications (job descriptions); click here to locate.
If the first digit of the Pay Schedule is the number "0" (i.e.,
0150), the Pay Rate will be an hourly rate.
These schedules are mostly used for FLSA [Fair Labor Standards
Act] Non-Exempt, Hourly Pay Rate employees.
These employees are eligible for overtime.
If the first digit of the Pay Schedule is the number "1" (i.e.,
1114), the Pay Rate will be an annual salary.
These schedules are used only on FLSA Exempt, Salaried
employees.
These employees are NOT eligible for ovetime.
If the first digit of the Pay Schedule is the number "2" (i.e.,
2300), the Pay Rate will be an annual salary.
These schedule are used for Exempt, Salaried employees
that work half-time (i.e., job share teachers)
The schedule is 1/2 the amount of the equivalen "1" schedule (i.e.,
schedule 2300 = 1/2 schedule 1300).
