1. What will my (administrative) salary be this year or next?

Response: You must first determine your current salary on the Administrative, Managerial and Supervisory (AMS) salary schedule. This will establish your exact placement by grade level and guide you in determining the next salary step for your grade level. Click the link below to review the AMS salary schedule.

2. How do I appeal my Pay for Performance increase?

Response: An administrator, manager or supervisor may appeal a decision about objective attainment in the Pay for Performance system. Should you wish to appeal an objective(s), download the INSTRUCTIONS and APPEAL FORM below.

Be sure to complete the Statement of Objective and attach a Statement of Appeal to your Appeal Form.

Please do not submit documentation at this time; however, it may be requested later.

Appeals received after September 30, 2001 will not be considered.
